It\u2019s a little personal revenge because I\u2019ve never known how to embrace this characteristic\u2014sometimes it was a complex, while at other times, it served as a means of marking my identity.<\/br>\nToday, I feel that this lovely common name in the French language defines me quite well\u2014scattered a bit everywhere, yet still centered on a specific goal: to take care of you!<\/div><\/div>
What is the blue house?<\/div>

It's my home, shared with my precious family and my two border collies. The facade is all blue, a color synonymous with serenity, relaxation, and trust.<\/br>\nI\u2019m fortunate to have created a special space for you, one that\u2019s peaceful and where you can simply feel good. It\u2019s a place where we foster kindness and friendliness.<\/br>\nThe Blue House also reflects my philosophy of imperfection; you\u2019ll pass through my entrance and living room for a few seconds before reaching my little bubble. So, it\u2019s likely you might encounter some toys in the living room or a few tools in the garden!<\/br>\nDon\u2019t forget that I can also come to your home!<\/div><\/div>

Why do I have muscle soreness after a massage?<\/div>

You just received a wonderful massage, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. But the next morning, you wake up with muscle aches, perhaps some fatigue, and a sense of soreness. What happened?\n<\/br>\nChances are, the massage is the culprit, and that\u2019s perfectly normal. Several factors can lead to soreness and discomfort after a massage: the client's physical condition, general posture, sensitivity levels, stress levels, and the techniques applied, among others.\n<\/br>\nTypically, soreness is felt 1 to 3 days after a massage. It\u2019s common to experience more discomfort after your first session than someone who visits their massage therapist regularly.\n<\/br>\nIt's similar to a workout session. If the muscles haven't been used, they often respond with a sensation of soreness. Techniques like drainage work, massaging trigger points, releasing knots, and moving fluids within the body can be new for some individuals.\n<\/br>\nHowever, just like with exercise, the body adapts to this type of training, and your physical response will become less intense over time.<\/div><\/div>
What are the recommendations before a session?<\/div>

I encourage you to stay well-hydrated before and after the session to optimize the benefits. It\u2019s preferable to eat after the session or just have a light snack.<\/br>\nIf possible, try not to plan tasks that require a lot of concentration immediately after the massage; ideally, you should stay calm and rest.<\/br>\nPlease let me know if you need to avoid having greasy hair when leaving the session!<\/div><\/div>
Does massage heal?<\/div>

To date, in France, the profession of masseur does not aim to heal. It is different in other countries\u2026 perhaps soon here!<\/br>\nThis is a practice of so-called alternative care, aimed at prevention or as a continuation post-treatment. We are sometimes present as a support and in collaboration with the medical community, but I want to respect the code of ethics and medical opinions.<\/div><\/div>
