Sports Massage
Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and support recovery, accompanying the athlete both physically and mentally throughout their training period.
It involves a range of manual techniques tailored to the athlete’s physical condition and training phase. The goal is to prepare the body for performance, assist with recovery, and prevent injury.
Unlike a traditional wellness massage, sports massage requires active engagement from the recipient: regular feedback, passive mobilisations, frequent position changes on the table, and focused treatment on specific muscle groups.
During Sporting Events
This is not a relaxing “zen” massage — it’s a focused, dynamic treatment.
Duration: 15 to 20 minutes.
Individual Sessions for Athletes or On-Site Corporate Care
In a calm, private setting, this full-body session lasts 30 to 60 minutes or more, blending recovery-focused techniques with general relaxation methods as needed.
Pricing can be arranged as subscriptions, packages (per year/day/event), or customised agreements. Please contact me to discuss the best option for your needs.
